October 1998: Bruce Downie was born in 1969. He teaches English as a foreign language
in Bialystok, Poland where he's lived since 1995. He is originally from Scotland
but lived abroad when he was younger, and has lived in various parts of Britain,
including London. Writing stories and poems is his hobby. Still, two of his
poems have been published in anthologies. "My stories are my main creative
focus. Ideas for my stories come from people and places and situations I have known."
