Francis was at first cryptic about whether he was himself, Barfly,
but, had told us, "You can just consider me a person flirting with his
love for writing." He later assured us:
"In regards to myself, I am not 'barfly,' but I am twenty eight [October 1997].
Like most poetry, I was telling half the truth. I read just about anything,
but I love the classics. Of course, 'classics' to me may be navel lint to
someone else." lines was the
first collection of submitted work to be made into a WriteGallery(SM)
virtual chapbook -- in February, 1998.
