March 2003: I was born in 1967 and joined my first ship as a
engineering cadet at the age of nineteen. From then till now I have
sailed the world on a variety of leaking rust buckets and state of the
art vessels. Fifteen years of experiences and adventures from all
corners of the world have led me today to embark on a career as a
freelance writer. Married and living in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, I write
for various publications and teach English. I have other works
