In March of 1998, Paul was an eighteen-year-old twelfth grader in high school. "I enjoy
writing," he says, "but the ultimate goal of mine would be to play
in our band for a living." At the time, Paul planned to attend the University
of Omaha to study in the fields of writing or computers.
