November 2002: Richard Bugg is an associate professor of Theatre Arts at
Southern Utah University, the vice-chair of the Kennedy Center American
College Theater Festival -- Region VIII, the founder and producer of the new
Utah Neil Simon Festival, and the father of five wonderful children.
