I am a twenty-five-year-old editor from Houston, Texas. I enjoy writing poetry, and have
been doing so for several years. Most of my works resonate of personal, emotional
experiences, but some I draw from people I know. I write quickly and freely -- none of my
work is premeditated. Words seem to fly from the abyss and leave my pen. I feel that my
thoughts are a gift. I see things with such artistic value; words just come to me in masses.
Three of my poems have been published in anthologies, and one has been published in
an e-zine. The same three that have been published in book form have also been read by
a guest-reader at a poet's reading in NYC. I appreciate the opportunity you're giving me to
