she said. And I thought
how that was such a dumb
thing to say
-- naive even at 40
Why such a response? I was
on a bus and I saw something
new I told her: a stack of pigs
in a truck 5 pigs deep snorting
and chewing as if being stacked
on top of one another was
of nature.
