Remembrance

here we lie, the war is won
you are free our job is done
now here we lie our graves to see
we rest in peace for eternity
No guns no Mortars no blood nor gore
the rising sun we'll see no more
No trenches no barbed wire no tanks, no gas
our bones and bullets buried beneath the grass
Remember us for here we lie
Remember us for you we died
