The Spirit of Christmas The spirit of Christmas is in the air, You can see it everywhere. A shining Christmas tree, Beautifully displayed for all to see. Ornaments hung with love, And an angel place up above. Ribbons all around.... Like a beautiful Christmas crown. Christmas lights that are gleaming, As loved ones gather around the tree, dreaming. The smell of ginger bread baking, The sights of good will taking. The sound of a Christmas song, And listening.... As everyone hums along. A child that still believes... Front doors decorated with wreaths. The way the snow highlights the trees, And a pond about to freeze But the best thing.... That Christmas spirit can bring. Is the feeling in your heart, that we all share No other feeling can compare The spirit of Christmas is in the air, And it should always be there. Not just in the month of December.... Everyday! Peace, love, and good will we should remember We all should do our part...To keep the spirit alive in our heart
